Every leisure=pitch was one green decal, whatever it was made of. The
surface and sport tags now pick the kind: a hard court, artificial turf, a
gravel court, or the ice oval around the athletics field.

The Isovalen is a relation whose edges carry no tags, so the area is assembled
from its member ways and the field stays open inside it.

The baked binary is rebaked with the change. The bake reproduces the committed
valla.bin byte-for-byte from the cache, so the diff is this change alone:
28 AREA_PITCH became 13 grass + 12 hard + 1 artificial turf + 1 gravel + 1
track, and the Isovalen's inner way became the relation's ring-with-a-hole.
Every other area, building, path, prop and route is untouched.

How to test

Friidrottsarenan (the athletics stadium, south-west): the Isovalen is now
a pale ice-blue ring around the green field, the ice oval the municipality
lays over the running track in winter, instead of one green blob.
The hard courts in the north (basketball, the ice-hockey rink, the skate
park, the tennis court, the small asphalt soccer pitches) are grey asphalt
instead of green.
The synthetic-turf pitch (soccer;basketball) is a deeper, even green
than the mown grass.
The boules court by the outdoor gym is warm sand.

The colour follows the surface, not the sport: basketball and tennis share
the same grey. Per-sport markings are the follow-up the issue lists.
