POIs whose title and identifier are blank no longer become empty BakedMarker entries, and valla.bin is rebaked: 6905 → 6639 markers, 1,990,926 → 1,988,291 bytes.

Unlabeled rooms and stair/elevator interiors are still baked; only the undrawable markers are dropped.

Closes #22.

(slop) stop baking MazeMap markers with no text 516084fbd4

POIs whose title and identifier are blank still became BakedMarker entries that neither marker_tris nor push_sign could draw. Skip them at the source and rebake valla.bin, dropping 266 empty markers.
