• Settings end with "NeoKOM X.Y.Z (commit) · webb|dator" (D-060). The commit comes from NEOKOM_COMMIT, a build arg passed by tools/web-image.sh and tools/web-image-ci.sh; desktop packages show the version only.
• The settings screen was 680 px wide on phones; it now fits (grid column minmax(0, 1fr), fieldsets min-width: 0, selects max-width: 100%).

Verified: lint three ways, cargo test -p neokom, settings.spec on desktop, Android and iPhone (9/9), which now also checks the version line and that the screen does not scroll sideways; screenshots looked at.

Fit the settings screen on phones ... 271eebbf83

It was 680 px wide on a 390 px iPhone and scrolled sideways: the grid's
automatic column and the fieldsets' min-content width grew to the longest
select. Columns are now minmax(0, 1fr), fieldsets may shrink, and selects
stay within them. The settings spec checks for sideways scroll.

Show the version under Settings ... ea18e9f8b4

The user couldn't tell which NeoKOM a deployment runs without making a
post. The last line of Settings now says the version, web or desktop, and
for image builds the commit, so home builds between releases (which carry
the last release's number) can be told apart (D-060).
