Closes #294

"Sparar…" from the first change, "Sparat." only when the newest change is written. settings.spec checks the label flips back after a later change. settings and notifications specs pass locally on all three sizes.

The label kept "Sparat." from an earlier save during the second before
the next one, so it said saved while a change was still waiting. The
notification test trusted it and failed on release PR #281 (run #472).
