Version bump and changelog for 0.6.0. After merging: tools/release.sh --tag 0.6.0

  • Plan 0.6 in order, 0.7 for threads; D-058, D-059 (#244)
  • Show the version under Settings; fit settings on phones (#247)
  • "Visa fler": count only this thread's opened posts (#248)
  • Inkorg, Alla kanaler and Nytt inlägg show over a channel's posts or a profile (#253)
  • Measure first: a big meeting, a perf spec and a desktop memory run (#252)
  • Service worker: keep one version of each build file (#258)
  • Read by being seen without reloading the thread; redraw only what changed (#254)
  • Web build: no debug symbols, a size profile, and a budget in CI (#257)
  • Read on in a thread from where reading is, not from its root (#255)
  • New posts: look closer only at those that concern me, one at a time (#260)
  • Fewer round trips: light previews, cached names, cards a few at a time (#261)
  • CI: retry npm audit when the registry is down, then warn (#264)
  • Channel list at login: counts six at a time, read ranges in one call (#262)
