Post headers and channel status show relative times (nyss, 5 min sedan, i går 14:05, weekday, date); exact time as tooltip/accessible name and on tap. Classic words keep exact times. 30 s clock signal. Unit tests for the boundaries; time.spec and imported.spec read the exact time from the tooltip. Also: e2e gets one retry in CI (#76).

Day separators need a time-ordered list of posts, which comes with the 0.3 thread view.

Post headers and channel status show times the way people say them:
"nyss", "5 min sedan", "i går 14:05", a weekday within a week, then
the date. The exact time is the tooltip and the accessible name, and
a tap or click toggles it in place (phones have no hover). Classic
LysKOM words keep the exact time, as the Emacs client shows it. A
30 s clock signal keeps relative times current.

Unit tests cover the boundaries (59 s, 59 min, midnight, a week, a
year, clock skew). time.spec.ts reads the exact time from the tooltip
and checks the toggle.

imported.spec read the original's date from the header text, which is
now relative (#55); it reads the exact time from the tooltip. Browser
tests get one retry in CI for the Chromium start-up crash on loaded
runners (#76); Playwright still reports retried passes as flaky.
