Main is red since #193 (run #325, soak.spec): a read finishing after the writer clicked Nytt inlägg closed the composer. Panes now close when the action starts; a read landing while something is in front is skipped. Full e2e locally on desktop/Android/iPhone: 271 passed, 8 skipped. CLAUDE.md: merges are done only when main's run is green.

#193 closed the composer (or inbox, search...) when a read finished.
Going to a channel reads its first post in the background, so a new
post clicked right after was closed under the writer's hands: the soak
test on main failed that way on a slow runner (run #325). Close the
panes when the reading action starts, and skip a read whose result
lands after something was opened in front, so nothing is read unseen.

Also: a merge counts as done only once main's run of the merge commit
is green (CLAUDE.md); this one was reported done while main was red.
