Closes #217 (D-055)

  • New posts by others are checked for mentions as they arrive, so a mention is found before it's read.
  • The list shows the ten newest still unread, rechecked whenever reading may have changed; opening one reads it; no unread mentions, no section.

Verified: mentions.spec has Bertil write a mention while Tove is logged in; it appears unseen, opening it shows the badge and removes it, and it stays gone after logging in again. Desktop, Android and iPhone.

The list kept every mention ever seen, and since a mention was only found
when its post was on screen, it mostly held posts already read. New posts
are now checked for mentions as they arrive; the list shows those still
unread, opening one reads it, and the section goes away when none are left.

In the full run i18n.spec has left Bertil's interface in English, so his
"Nytt inlägg" button never appeared and the spec timed out. Anna keeps
Swedish until words.spec, which runs later.
