Closes #378
The failure couldn't be reproduced locally (20/20 WebKit runs passed, also with all CPUs busy), so this removes the mechanism rather than the symptom: in CI one scroll to the top loaded three older pages. The window script now counts the reader's own scrolls (not its place-keeping) and reports them; the thread list and the posts pane load an older page only after a scroll since the last one. A cascade without scrolling can't happen any more, on any engine or machine.
Verified: clippy three ways; channel-posts, channel-window, giant, page-scroll, scroll, show-more, thread-chat, thread-list, thread-list-big, channel-views specs on all profiles (40 passed). The nightly run will show whether the flake is gone.
