mesh::building_colors picks wall and roof colours from a name-keyed table
(mesh.rs:464), falling back to two constants. OSM publishes the real thing:

178 roof:colour (87 #dcdcdc, 65 grey, 19 #c9b666, 6 #ffb5b5, ...)
 17 building:material (10 brick, 5 wood, 1 plaster, 1 metal)
 10 building:colour (8 yellow, 1 gray, 1 red)

#c9b666 is a bitumen roof and #dcdcdc is a metal one; today both come out
the same grey as the fallback. Nine painted-yellow buildings are drawn in the
default.

Parse #rrggbb and the named colours OSM actually uses, keep the name table as
the fallback for everything MazeMap builds, and let building:colour beat the
default wall colour.

Scope is colour only -- see the roof-shape issue for geometry.

Implemented in 2d7ddc5 on roof-shapes-colours (not yet merged to main): building:colour and roof:colour are parsed, both #rrggbb and the colour names OSM uses, and override the name-keyed palette with the palette as fallback.
