Campuses are full of stories: the locked corridor, the statue that moves, the lab that hums after midnight. A night walk with a storyteller, a few authored tales tied to real campus landmarks, and a flashlight would make the dark side of the map a destination. It is atmospheric, social and cheap.
How it fits. The baked world already has landmarks with names; a ghost walk is a route with a sequence of story beats at each stop. The event system can own the route and the clock; the stories are authored text and a few sound cues. A storyteller role is just a player with the tour.
Scope.
