How it fits. A nollning is a short chain of tasks tied to baked landmarks: find the building, ride the bus, score a goal, attend a fika. The event system can hand out a checklist and a group color; the passport records the week. No new authority is needed for a checklist, and the tasks use interactions that already exist.
