Builds on #207. Nytt inlägg is the filled button, settings and logout plain; the lock is a button that shows the server address and what it means (the bare ws:// address is gone); every side section folds by its heading, remembered per device (decorative CSS arrow with empty alt text); who's on refreshes every minute. New side-column.spec; presence/messages/notifications specs adjusted; visual references updated (looked at). Full e2e locally: 295 passed apart from those, then the fixed spec and references rerun.

A calmer post: one look, two buttons and a menu ... 2663ff94a0

From the review of the reading view: the post was elisp-style monospace
while its replies were cards, had up to nine equal buttons, showed
internals (creating software, others' marks, aux items) and listed its
replies twice. With modern words it's now a card like the others: one
byline, the subject, the text in the UI font, Svara and Reaktion in
sight and the rest in a "⋯" menu, the internals under Detaljer, the
replies only as the cards below. Who can read it and an imported mail's
attachments stay in sight. Classic words keep the elisp-style post.

From the review: "Logga ut" was the most prominent button, the raw
server address and the TLS badge said little, and the side column was a
grab bag with a manual refresh. Now "Nytt inlägg" is the filled
button; the lock is a button that tells which server and what the lock
means; every side section folds, remembered on the device; who's on
refreshes by itself.
