Part of 0.8 (D-068), step 1: your own account.

Change password: set-passwd (8): old password, new twice. In the browser, offer the password manager the new one (D-045). Desktop: update the stored secret if "stay logged in" is on (D-032).
Lapp på dörren for yourself (with #348's editor).
My sessions: list my own sessions from who-is-on / get-session-info, with client name and where from; log out one with disconnect (55) (allowed for your own sessions without privileges).

#206 (delete my account) stays separate and needs/user.

Merged via #377 (stacked PR #373 closed in its favour); main green (run #696). Verified: Devserver test my_account (wrong old password refused; old password stops working on a new connection; another session logged out); account.spec on all three profiles (Lars); a11y.spec caught an unlabelled field, fixed.
