The user found that mentions and new Inkorg posts gave no sign, on phone or desktop.

New posts in my letterbox are now a notification kind of their own, "Personliga inlägg till mig (inkorgen)", on by default.
With NeoKOM in front, the kinds that are on show a sticky notice at the top of the reading column, with a "Visa" button that opens the post.
The phone's Inkorg tab shows the unread count.
Fixed a count stuck one too high after writing in a chat: my own new posts were counted as unread before they got marked read.
"Skicka en provavisering" in the settings sends a test notification and says why if it couldn't.

Verified:

The real Notification API in Chromium's full headless mode, with permission granted: a notification was shown through the service worker.
notifications.spec and inbox.spec extended; they pass on desktop, Android and iPhone.
Screenshots checked.

Phones with NeoKOM in the background are #135 (push, needs a decision).

The user found that neither mentions nor new Inkorg posts gave any sign,
on phone or desktop. A personal post wasn't a notification kind at all.
With NeoKOM in front, replies, mentions and personal posts were silent
on purpose, and nothing in the app took their place. The phone's Inkorg
tab had no count, and there was no way to check whether a device can
notify.

- New kind: personal posts to me (notify-personal, on by default).
- In front: a sticky notice in the reading column, with "Visa".
- The Inkorg tab shows the letterbox's unread count. Reading a chat
  refreshes it. My own new posts no longer bump the count before they
  are marked read, which left it one too high after writing in a chat.
- "Skicka en provavisering" in the settings, which says why if it
  couldn't show.

On a phone the notice's message was squeezed into a column one word wide,
and pinned notices could cover the whole reading column. The message now
gets a full-width line under who it's from. The pinned area takes at most
a third of the screen and scrolls within itself.

The inbox test read a fixed unread count that depends on what earlier
specs leave in Tove's letterbox. It now checks that reading Anna's chat
takes one off.
