Closes #156

  • Presence dot by names: post headers, thread cards, the inbox list and chat head (1:1), and the who-is-on list.
    • Green when active, a yellow ring when idle over 5 min, faint after an hour, and none when logged out.
    • The title gives 'aktiv för N min sedan' and their what-am-I-doing.
  • Data: session::presence, one who-is-on-dynamic call, visible sessions only. Refreshed on login/logout asyncs, every 120 s, and by Uppdatera, with no per-name polling.
  • Who-is-on list shows idle times.
  • 'Vad gör du?' sets my own line, replacing the automatic Läser/Skriver for the session.
  • Dots on person links (#160) follow once #162 is merged.

Verified: new presence.spec with two browsers on desktop, Android and iPhone. It covers the dot and idle time in the list, the dot on a post, the doing line seen by the other person, and no dot after logout. The inbox, thread and _visual specs pass; screenshot checked; clippy desktop, web and wasm.

Presence was only in the who-is-on list. One who-is-on-dynamic call,
refreshed on logins and logouts and every two minutes, now puts a dot by
logged-in people's names on posts, thread cards, the inbox and chats,
with how long ago they were active and what they're doing. The list
shows idle times, and I can set my own what-am-I-doing line.

In the full suite i18n.spec leaves Bertil's UI in English, so
presence.spec couldn't find the Folk tab (CI run #285).
