Closes #220

Cause: "Visa fler" raised the cap for the whole thread, filled breadth-first, so new posts went into other branches first: the clicked branch often stayed cut, and posts inserted above the reader shifted the page to older (read) posts. WebKit, the desktop app's engine, doesn't anchor scrolling.

Now the button opens its own post: all its replies, then that branch on its own budget (100 per opened post).

Verified:

devserver thread_tree: opening the root brings exactly what was cut there; in a long chain cut by the cap, opening where it stops brings the next link and everything shown before stays, in order.
New e2e show-more.spec (seed: Stor tråd, root + 5 short replies + a chain of 120, only Sven): one button, at the chain; after clicking, the chain's end is there, all 126 posts are, the button is gone, and the post holding it hasn't moved (±2 px). Desktop, Android, iPhone.

is filled breadth-first, so the new posts went into whatever branches
came first: in a long chain the button's own replies often stayed cut,
and posts put in above the reader shifted the page back to older ones
(WebKit doesn't anchor scrolling). The button now opens its own post:
all its replies come in, and its branch goes on down on a budget of its
own, so what appears is what was asked for, below the button. The seed
gets a 126-post thread (Stor tråd, Sven only) for a spec of it.
